Details

Student Senate organizes both the Homecoming Ceremony and Dance. Senior students vote on the 6 couple court, and students in grades 9-12 vote on the King and Queen.

Eligible Persons: Wapakoneta High School freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors and their guests are invited to attend. If a guest is from another school or already graduated, they must fill out a dance guest form. The Wapakoneta student must have this form submitted by September 17 by midnight in order to bring the guest. Forms can be submitted online here. Guests must be under the age of 21, and you will have to bring a copy of his/her ID to the dance.

Ticket information: Homecoming Dance tickets are $10 per person. Students may purchase tickets at https://www.wapak.org/page/athletics-ticket-ordering and direct to the Homecoming Dance Tickets section. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

No drugs, tobacco products, or alcoholic beverages: Anyone suspected of using alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in Homecoming and his/her parents will be called. Homecoming will be chaperoned by parent volunteers with the support of the Wapakoneta Police Department Auxiliary.
