GENERAL INFORMATION
Teacher Name/Schedule Pick Up
Wednesday, August 7, 2024. On that day, families may come to the buildings from 11AM-7PM to learn the name of their child’s teacher or pick up their schedule.
Final Forms
Wapakoneta City Schools uses Final Forms for student information, transportation, and free and reduced lunch enrollment. Parents should have received information about Final Forms. At this time, parents can update their child’s Emergency Medical Forms and Transportation. All families will need to visit this site and update their child’s information before August 1, 2024. Final Forms must be updated so that we can have your child’s information ready for “Teacher Name/Schedule Pick Up” on Wednesday, August 7, 2024. On that day, families may come to the building from 11AM-7PM to learn the name of their child’s teacher. If the information in Final Forms is not updated when you arrive, you will need to update this information at the school, prior to learning the name of your child’s teacher.

If your child is already a student at WCS please do not start a new account for them. Please contact Charlotte Schnippel at schnch@wapak.org or 419-739-2905 for your account information.
Be sure you have the 2024-2025 school year selected when completing any forms.
Emergency contacts should be listed in order and include parents, if applicable. Please have a minimum of three emergency contacts for your children and verify that the phone numbers for these contacts are correct.
This process will need to be completed for each child attending Wapakoneta City Schools.
If you need help, please stop in during office hours (8AM-12PM or 1PM-3PM), beginning on August 3. Prior to August 3, contact Charlotte at the Board Office.
Food Services:
● Free/Reduced Meal Applications submitted before July 1, 2024, will be denied.
● Families need to apply every year between July 1 and October 1.
Transportation:
● Parents will need to update all students’ transportation information by June 30, 2024.
