2025-2026 Registration

Registration for next school year will start at our Board Office beginning Dec 2, 2024.  Parent/Guardian will be asked for the child's basic information then given a list of documents to be brought back to the office. These documents will not be accepted until January 2, 2025.  Once all enrollment documents are received at our office, your child's name will be placed on a list of prospective students for the 2025-26 school year.

Financial information:

1.  Non-refundable Registration Fee $25.00

2.  There will be a late fee of $25.00 per month for PS tuition paid after the 15th of the month when due.

3.  If you pay the entire 25/26 year preschool tuition by 8/15/2025, you will receive a 3% credit.

4.  The first month's PS tuition is due 8/4/2025; otherwise, your child's spot is not guaranteed.

Current families do not have to re-register but are asked to complete and return the intent form to their child's teacher. Intent forms will be sent home in January.

Our preschool classrooms will operate for approximately 12 hours per week. Morning classes are held from 8-11 and afternoon classes are held from 11:30-2:30.

Preschool acceptance will begin in March.  However, it is not recommended that you wait until March to register, as our classes fill up quickly. We do reserve the right to accept students based on balancing the needs of students in each classroom.

Upon acceptance into the program, there will be an online portion for enrollment to be completed via Final Forms (paper forms were previously used).

After a class placement is determined, we will schedule your child for a developmental screening.

Tuition will be established after the federal government has established the poverty level for 2025.  Tuition will be income sensitive and placed on a sliding scale, as in the past.

Questions regarding preschool can be directed to Charlotte Schnippel by email at schnch@wapak.org or by phone at 419-739-2905.
