This award was created to honor Don Numbers, a past educator in Wapakoneta City Schools, most notably principal at Northridge Elementary. Jacob Brinkman completed his W.I.N. Internship at H.A. Dorsten. Today he officially accepted a position with their them.
He also received a $500.00 dollar scholarship and an amazing set of tools! Congratulations, Jacob!

Today is School Lunch Hero Day! We want to thank all of the individuals who work hard to feed our kids each day. Wapakoneta has a great food service staff that make excellent meals. Each food service worker will receive a gift certificate as a small token of appreciation.
On Wednesday our WHS Academic Team became back to back league champions! Wapakoneta holds the record for league championships in the WBL in the academic competition. Way to go Redskins!
Our Geology class went on a rock hunt this week! Looks like they had a great time and put some of the things they learned into action.
