On Wednesday, November 3, 2021, Jim "Basketball" Jones delivered an inspirational school assembly program for the staff and students of Wapakoneta Middle School. Students were active participants as Jim spun basketballs on their fingers, played Simon Says, and competed in a dance-off competition. The message of the assembly was how to be better and how to make WMS a respectful, responsible, and safe school for everyone. The entire gym erupted in cheers as Mr. Kitzmiller and Mr. Snyder busted out their amazing dance moves! A special thank you goes out to the Wapakoneta Area Community Foundation for awarding a grant from the Jeny Roettger Memorial Fund that brought Mr. Jones to WMS!
